Zanzibar was one of the most beautiful places that I have ever been. It is a 2 hour boat ride off the coast of Tanzania. We stayed mostly on the east coast in a little town called Paje. Our accomadation was a little hut with sand as it's floor. My feet didn't see shoes for 3 days. We were literally on the beach, sleeping to the sound of waves. The sand was a superfine white grain which my feet thoroughly enjoyed after being stuck in boots for 5 days on Kili. I'm not even going to try to describe the incredible color of the Indian ocean. My eyes could not get enough of the sight.
